Nikki came to today, to service our boiler and fit a wireless room thermostat. I just like to say that myself and my wife were really pleased with her work. She was very professional, answered our many questions. Nikki explained things very clearly, she spent a long time with us and we were really happy with the work she carried out.

I have no hesitation to recommend her, what a lovely lady.

Nicola has carried out a full service to a combi boiler and a full flush of the radiators plus replaced a few faulty/failing parts. She provides an excellent customer service, which in my case included chasing Ideal for work supposedly carried out by their engineer that was not satisfactory. Nicola is efficient and all work is carried out in a clean & friendly manner - is prepared to discuss possible solutions to difficult issues, where one or more problems may be occurring. Her after work support was invaluable to me when addressing further problems with what is a fairly old boiler. Highly recommended.

Keenly priced, reliable and with genuine advice (not like gas contracts!) Suggest cancelling your service contract and using her. You will save 100-150 pounds a year.
